Create new articles

Simply click Editor in the black bar.


Now you can add content to fill your knowledge base. Click on (1) "New Article" on the left. Select a (2) Title and write the desired (2) text. If you are satisfied with your FAQ post, click (3) "Save & Exit". After saving, make sure that the article is marked as (4) completed, otherwise it will not appear in your FAQ.


Click on the eye (frontend) in the black top bar to display your FAQ frontend, which is what your customers see in the end.


Nice to know:

Your article is automatically assigned to a so-called article type. Article types are basic configurations that apply to all associated articles. For example, in an article type, the default language of the article is specified.
